THE FIRM:
Our client is a full service national law firm ranked as a leader in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories.
THE ROLE:
A number of new roles have arisen for ambitious commercial property lawyers to join a successful team dealing with a mix of property work for clients in the banking sector from challenger banks to High Street Banks on a wide variety of property transactions.
You will assist colleagues providing focused advice to clients and you will be working and collaborate with other teams in the real estate department.
THE CANDIDATE:
Successful candidates will be NQ-4PQE and have strong academics (2:1 degree or above) with experience gained from a well-regarded regional or national law firm.
You will demonstrate sound knowledge of commercial property and the conveyancing process particularly as applied to acquisitions, disposals and leases of commercial land and buildings.
