One of our favourite clients has just informed us that they are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Property department in Manchester City Centre.

This is a genuine opportunity to become part of a successful and expanding Property team that will support your career development. While receiving appropriate training and development opportunities working alongside an experienced partner, the successful Real Estate Solicitor will also have autonomy to make the role their own and will have the opportunity to work with an impressive portfolio of clients, including many household names, on a daily basis.
You will handle varied development work, acquisitions/disposals, investment work, landlord and tenant, secured lending and corporate support, as well as strategic advice. The successful candidate will join a team where you are encouraged to progress and succeed whilst being provided with a challenge and a chance to develop your own brand.
It is desirable that you have 2 years PQE or more as a Real Estate Solicitor. A competitive salary and remuneration package will be rewarded for your hard work.
