Solicitor (NQ) - Commercial Property - Brighton & Hove
A long established firm in the Brighton & Hove area with excellent knowledge and understanding of the local market now require the addition of further support in the development of their commercial property team. An opportunity now exists for a newly qualified solicitor to join an established commercial department with a strong pipeline of work.
You will already have undertaken appropriate seats in your training contract and would be specifically looking to join a commercial property team. Additional experience gained already within commercial property will be viewed as highly advantageous. You will have a good base of knowledge from which to progress from and a clear desire to develop into an accomplished solicitor.
You will be highly organised, competent and able to work in in a fast paced environment with the ability to balance priorities and coordinate work effectively and meet targets.
Good commercial awareness of the local area would also be beneficial.
