The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Private Client Lawyer to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the Barnstaple area. Working closely with senior members of the team, including partners; the successful Lawyer will handle a diverse caseload of Private Client matters incorporating drafting Wills, administration of estates, Powers of Attorney, tax planning and trust management. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience gained within a well-regarded Private Client team.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
You will be highly organised with the ability to manage a full caseload and meet tight deadlines.
You will have strong drafting skills.
You will be client-focused with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
You will be driven and seeking to develop your career in this rewarding area.
