CQS accredited practice is now seeking a Property Fee Earner to take on an interesting caseload in Bury St Edmunds.

They are now seeking an enthusiastic Property Fee Earner in Bury St Edmunds, Surrey.

The Role
A good opportunity for a Property Fee Earner has now arisen in a progressive department in Bury St Edmunds, Surrey. This is suited to a paralegal, Legal Executive or junior Solicitor who is comfortable supporting within Commercial and Residential Property transactions. Working alongside experienced Fee Earners, your workload will be interesting and diverse to include: plot sales; lease extensions; sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; estate administration; right to buy; development projects and; submitting and reviewing searches.

Successful applicants can benefit from working within a structured practice, developing and building your career in a well-accredited firm. Possessing excellent client care and communication skills, you will also be willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis.

The Candidate
Ideally, a paralegal, Legal Executive or Junior Solicitor with at least one years’ experience;
Experience within Residential/Commercial Property law is essential;
Excellent client care and communication skills would be advantageous;
Proficiency in the use of the Land Registry Portal is desirable;
Able to work well within a team and on own initiative.
