The Role
This is an opportune time to join a thriving, leading firm and manage your own rewarding caseload of childcare matters. Applications for the role of Childcare Lawyer are encouraged from dedicated Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with a Child Panel membership or LAA Supervisor standard. Your duties will be varied and may involve: attending Public Law Outline (PLO) meetings; care proceedings; conducting your own advocacy and; child protection conferences. In return, the firm offers an excellent salary plus the provision of a supportive work environment with the opportunity for career progression. 

The Candidate
All applications will be considered from Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3 years + PQE with experience of undertaking own advocacy.
Child Panel member or LAA Supervisor standard is preferred.
Applications from those with a mixed public/private practice including financial remedy work are very welcome.
Excellent communication skills with clients and professionals is essential.
You will be technically adept.
