The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Litigation Lawyer for a busy department based in the Weston super Mare area. With solid experience in a broad range of litigation matters, the successful Lawyer will manage a complex, varied caseload to include: contentious probate; contractual disputes; professional negligence; debt recovery and; general commercial litigation. Solid negotiations skills and the ability to work well under pressure will be essential for this position. Keen to play an active role in the continued development of the team, the successful Lawyer will immerse themselves in business development initiatives, building and maintaining lasting client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ-2 years’ PQE gained within a highly regarded department;
You will be technically proficient with solid civil litigation experience;
You will have strong communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be pro-active, personable and detail orientated;
You will have a desire for professional development.
