The firm have multiple offices across the UK and deal with a very long list of different sectors which includes some of the following areas: casualty, industrial disease, property litigation, commercial, abuse, costs, employment, private client, family and so on.

About the role?

This role involves handling a predominately Multi Track motor caseload from inception to settlement/trial. The caseload may also involve handling a small number of Fast Track motor matters. The caseload is 100% litigated caseload.

The role may also lead to a supervisory role after 12 months or so if this is something of interest to the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a multi track motor caseload. The candidate can be qualified solicitor or a qualified legal executive with claimant and/or defendant experience.

You will be a friendly, motivated and team player who is looking to join a highly respected motor department.

You will enjoy being part of a close and friendly team. They are a sociable bunch and often go out for team meals and drinks after work.
