The well-known firm is a full service law practice, working with a range of high quality clients and prides itself on reputation for their experience, high quality advice and care and attention to detail. The highly-regarded law firm have a well-established private client team and due to increasing work levels, the team is now looking for an NQ Solicitor to join its team of committed private client lawyers.
In this role, you will be working on your own varied case load covering all areas of private client, including will preparation, estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning and court of Protection issues.
The ideal candidate will have completed a minimum of one seat within a private client team and have knowledge and experience in dealing with cases involving wills, probate, tax, and trusts. With supervision and support, the successful candidate will be responsible for their own case load alongside providing support to senior fee earners within the unit on complex cases.
Business development experience is highly advantageous as the successful candidate will be involved with events across the region. Alongside this, effective communication, a strong eye for detail and excellent client care skills will be essential to succeed in this role.
