Real Estate Finance Security Solicitor or Legal Executive.
This is an exciting time for this reputed firm and real estate team. They are growing in size and looking to add a further solicitor to their real estate finance security team in Exeter.  
This role will include advising on due diligence aspects of acquisition of property portfolios, development and regeneration schemes. You will provide advice to borrowers and funders upon the charging of residential and mixed-development sites both locally and nationwide.
Many of your projects will be large scale and complex - meaning a challenging and interesting caseload. 
For those with more experience you will oversee more junior team members, and be actively involved in business development activities.  
To apply for this role you should be a newly qualified or more senior solicitor or legal executive with real estate experience. Ideally you should have post qualification experience in property development or security work in private practice. Experience of working with housing clients, is beneficial and a minimum of one seat in relevant property work as a trainee is essential. (A banking seat would also be beneficial!)
