Are you in a top heavy department and looking for a stepping stone to progression? This is a rare opportunity to start your own department and be the number one!

This is a great opportunity with a firm that has a collaborative and friendly team currently servicing Private Client, Conveyancing and Commercial Property in West Sussex.

The Firm

They've been established for over 40 years and they have space in their office to start a new department and as they have a good amount of referrals from their other successful departments and having a great name in the area, it's a brilliant chance to build up your practice within such an environment.

The Role

You will be an experienced Family Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE (There is no upper limit as to the level of PQE as this is to start your own department)

You will not come in to no work, there will be somewhat of a caseload although if you have a network of clients to bring, of course this is very attractive and will help you get started.
You will have secretarial support, a great case management system and parking on site!
This is a stand out opportunity for someone that is looking to be the number 1 in a team. Once work comes in, you will be able to build a team around you and grow the department so the sky really is the limit and this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career.

Apply now for immediate consideration or feel free to give me a call for a confidential conversation.
