An appealing opportunity has arisen to work for a progressive law firm in Leeds, where standards are high and demanding but the rewards, both materially and in terms of real job satisfaction, achievement, development and progression, make the input worthwhile. 
 
The firm is an independent 19 partner law firm providing a full range of advice and services to clients, centering on their commercial, property, and business interests. The firm is expanding and as such are seeking a dynamic Solicitor ideally with the equivalent of 1 - 3 years PQE in property litigation to join a growing property litigation team. (Although applicants with a PQE level outside of this will still be considered).
 
Core clients are commercial landlords, developers, and tenants and the team also act regularly for mortgage companies and for owners of property more generally in connection with:

• contracts for sale and purchase;
• option agreements;
• construction contracts;
• adverse possession applications;
• disputes between co-owners;
• nuisance, trespass and easements;
• associated  professional negligence claims; and
• contested leasehold enfranchisement.

They are therefore looking for candidates who have experience of handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, and with other property disputes of this nature.
