We have been approached by one of our key Manchester clients to assist them in recruiting an employment solicitor to join the fast growing and ambitious employment team. You will be responsible for advising and supporting mainly respondent clients on a range of employment issues. You will be handling your own caseload as well as supporting partners on more complex matters. Areas of work will include (mainly respondent) tribunal claims, disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and redundancies, corporate support and employment document drafting. There will also be an element of business development/ marketing to the role.
The Head of Department is keen to hear from respondent employment solicitors who have gained their experience from a highly respected city or regional practice. The salary for the role is expected to be in the region of £40,0000 - £50,000 depending upon experience.
