The legal practice places their client's needs at the centre of everything they do and due to the firms' progressive attitude towards expansion, the position of a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to head the department has come available.

The firm are seeking a qualified Solicitor with ideally 10 years PQE or more gained within a Dispute Resolution department and previous management experience. Our client are seeking an ambitious and responsible Commercial Litigation Solicitor who will fit into their successful team and complement the team dynamic.

The role will require the Commercial Litigation Solicitor to have excellent organisational, technical and communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. You will have a passion to learn and a positive and flexible approach to the role of a Commercial Solicitor is also essential. You will pick up a broad caseload including contract, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and property litigation. The role will also include professional negligence claims relating to property.
