You will take the reigns of a longstanding private client department that require some invigoration. You will manage existing staff, run a caseload comprising more complex, HNW matters, develop a marketing strategy and, ultimately, be charged with growing the team. Whilst they have a full service offering, their private client services are their strengths.  Although they have a client base that extends nationally, they are committed to the Stoke and wider Staffordshire area and particularly like their employees to be locally based, with a true understanding of the needs of local residents.

The particulars

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

• Solicitor or CFilex
• 7+ years’ PQE or comparable experience
• Broad ranging private client skill set: will drafting, LPAs, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection
• Proven record in business development
• Managerial/supervisory experience also preferred
