Locum Residential Property Solicitor
A reputable Private Practice in Kent are looking to secure a Locum Residential Property Lawyer to cover a period of permanent recruitment. The role is due to start in May and will last for an ongoing duration.
The successful candidate will be required to handle a full caseload without supervision.
The caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new builds, shared ownership and leases. Some light commercial property experience would be of benefit but is not a necessity.
Successful candidates will need to work autonomously but will be working as part of a wider team.
The firm are based near a main line train station and there is parking nearby.
A case management system and secretarial support will be available to the successful candidate.
There will be competitive hourly rates and potential re-bookings on offer. The firm are open to receiving applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Conveyancers.
