Commercial Property Solicitor 5PQE+
A leading Dorset legal practice is seeking to appoint a Solicitor to join its Commercial Property Department in Poole. The Department advise upon acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, drafting and negotiating leases, pension company lease-backs, landlord and tenant matters, and inter-company transfers and transactions.
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with broad commercial property experience and expertise of Housing Association Law.
