A Residential Property job at a Commercial Law Firm.

Slightly unusual, I know. This role isn't one of the ordinary, drab residential conveyancing roles advertised on loop by recruiters acting for high street law firms or factory style conveyancers.

The overall team is 20 strong and the work is great. Say goodbye to run of the mill volume work and hello to quality conveyancing including investment purchase work for outstanding regional and London based developer clients.

You will join a team based in the firm's Liverpool Office which houses its wider residential development and real estate teams.

Salary up to £43,000. Genuine flexible working available.

You can join as a senior residential conveyancer and lead a team of 3 paralegals dealing with investment property purchases together with all of the firms more standard residential conveyancing referrals.

You will have a hand in helping develop the firm's case management software to smooth down and refine existing processes. Would suit somebody with CMS design skills and a real interest in heading up an expanding team of property paralegals.

The role has come about as result of the impending retirement of a senior lawyer and the splitting of their role into plot sales and investment purchases.
