A Legal 100, award winning firm with offices Nationwide is currently recruiting. My client is a full service law firm that represents public sector, private business (from SME to Blue chip companies) and offer a Partner-led service. They have highly experienced teams that actively promote progression and career development. Many of the firms Senior Management have rose through the ranks at the firm. They have a dynamic approach to winning new business which has in turn allowed them to continue to grow considerably over the last 18 months.
You will have the opportunity to advises clients on a range of financing transactions across a wide variety of sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element, acting for borrowers, lenders and investors.
You should be a personable individual coming from a similar position in a reputable firm. This will be an interesting and varied caseload and will allow you to go out and meet face to face with clients, as a result interpersonal skills are very important.
The salary is very competitive although will depend on your level of experience, the firm also have an excellent benefits and bonus package.
