Company Commercial Solicitor
Oxfordshire – Legal 500 Firm
£40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Leading Legal 500 firm seek an experienced Solicitor to join their reputable commercial team during a period of organic growth.
The successful applicant will take on an existing company commercial caseload to include mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations and restructuring, shareholders' agreements and LLP and partnership matters. You will also handle commercial contracts to include the sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practicing Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in private practice. You will have proven experience in handling a broad variety of company commercial matters and will demonstrate confidence in your marketing and networking activity in order to generate new business opportunities and expand on the current caseload.
The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 with additional benefits to include free on site parking and private health cover.
