Job Details
Are you a talented Transactional Construction Solicitor looking to join an International Law firm? The firm, based in Manchester, offer a full range of legal disciplines, and are looking for a transactional construction solicitor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The company offer high quality work due to their impressive client base, and are looking for a solicitor to join their established Projects team.
The Role
You will see yourself dealing with a range of transactional construction matters including energy, infrastructure and property related transactional construction work. You will have a keen interest within business development and be comfortable dealing with a varied client base of both private and public sector clients.
The ideal candidate will be upwards from 2years PQE, and have good construction experience, so candidates outside of this PQE but with the relevant experience are also urged to apply. Experience within a commercial regional firm would also be beneficial. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Transactional Construction Solicitor to join a firm who able to offer long term prospects for the right candidate
