The corporate commercial solicitor will be a qualified solicitor with very good exposure to corporate commercial work and with a positive, forward thinking approach and is looking for a serious career opportunity, with a fantastic potential to springboard the right candidate to a senior level, within a dedicated and recognised corporate commercial team. The successful corporate commercial solicitor will handle a mix of corporate and commercial work that will include MBOs, commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements, mergers and acquisitions and various agreements.
