Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Legal Counsel to join a well know, regional business, who are leaders in their field. The company, based in Warrington, are looking for a Legal Counsel, to join them In House on a 6 month fixed term basis. The company offer high quality work, and for the right candidate there is also scope for longer term potential.
The Role
- Dealing with a range of Commercial matters and advising upon contracts including IT, IP, construction and general commercial
- Advising the business with regards to statutory and regulatory matters, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work
- Review and update policies, procedures and legal documentation.
The ideal candidate will hold 3 years PQE upwards but this is only given as a guide. Candidates who fall outside of this are also urged to apply. Exposure to construction matters would also be advantageous but this is not an essential requirement for the role. The role is perfect for a Legal Counsel looking to develop their career, in house, within a leading, successful company.
