Are you a Construction Solicitor wanting to make a move In House? A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Construction Solicitor to join a well know, regional business, who are leaders in their field. The company, based in Warrington, offer high quality work, and are looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their In House legal team, on a fixed term basis, primarily for 6 months, with the scope for longer term potential.
The Role
- Dealing with a range of Construction matters including: Reviewing and amending both bespoke and standard form contracts including the JCT, FIDIC and NEC suites, and drafting bespoke agreements.
- Advising the business with regards to Commercial, statutory and regulatory matters, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Review and update policies, procedures and legal documentation.
The ideal candidate will hold 3 years PQE upwards but this is only given as a guide. Candidates who fall outside of this are also urged to apply. Commercial experience would also be advantageous but this is not an essential requirement for the role. The role is perfect for a Construction Solicitor looking to develop their career, in house, within a leading, successful company.
