Our client has been established in the North East for over 20 years and is a formidable player in the local market. With a first class reputation for its services, the team of down-to-earth, experienced solicitors handles some good quality work for a range of clients across the area.
Over recent months, the firm has seen a real increase in residential conveyancing work and as a result are looking to recruit a like-minded individual to join the team. In this role, you would be handling a broad mixture of residential conveyancing matters, with the occasional commercial property files too.
For the right person, this is an unmissable opportunity, as not only does it offer a great working environment and a good quality caseload, but there are also fantastic career progression opportunities on offer. The firm is happy to allow flexible working and is also open on which office the successful solicitor is based in, meaning you can really tailor this role around you and your lifestyle.
Ideally, the team needs a solicitor who can come in and hit the ground running with a caseload, meaning those candidates with around 3 years' PQE are likely to be suitable. However if you are perhaps less experienced, but can demonstrate the relevant skills and technical ability necessary for the role, then you are still encouraged to apply.
