Project Lawyer - Rail
Your new company
My client are a large infrastructure support provider who require a Project Lawyer on a contract basis for a current rail project.
Your new role
This is a contract position for 3-6 months to support a large rail infrastructure project. This will involve contract and documentation support (franchise operations, maintenance contracts, commercial agreements …), rail specific regulatory and legislative knowledge and experience of rail service provider's standard forms.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor and have demonstrable experience of rail projects. This is essential for this contract. The successful candidate will also need to have strong drafting and negotiating skills. You will be from either a Private Practice background working on rail projects or will have worked In-House for a rail services provider or similar.
What you'll get in return
This role offers the opportunity work on a challenging project. Reporting to the Director of Consulting & Rail, you will be in charge of a large workload with a certain amount of autonomy but also support.
