My client's family team is highly ranked with an outstanding reputation in the market. Known for its high quality, private family work, you can expect to join a team of ranked lawyers who have an excellent reputation.

They specialise in the full remit of privately funded work however the family department does also hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency meaning that they can offer our clients the benefit of public funding for certain cases, including representation in court proceedings. Candidates with experience in Public law will also be considered

This is a varied and interesting role with an emphasis on mid to high net worth cases including financial cases, divorce & separation, care proceedings, children law and domestic abuse.

The selected Family Solicitor will ideally have Children Panel Membership. You will also have good communication and organisational skills, strong academics and, ideally, come from a background with a firm that has a strong Family Practice.
