Dynamic and ambitious Private Wealth Partner sought to join a Leamington Spa based practice on a full-time basis.

Long established and holding Lexcel accreditation, this firm is renowned for its strong level of client care and practice management. It provides legal services to clients within both individual and commercial divisions and employs Lawyers who are experts in their chosen fields. Now recruiting for a Private Wealth Partner to work in its Leamington Spa office on a full-time basis.

The Role
This role represents a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join a busy Private Wealth team on a full-time permanent basis in Leamington Spa. The successful Private Wealth Partner will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and primarily undertake pre-death work including Wills and estate planning. In addition, you will focus on generating profitable revenue for the firm through the delivery of an excellent client service, efficient regulatory working practices and effective supervision of more junior team members. Specifically, your duties will include: the execution of matters, claims and client dissatisfaction; ensuring compliance with SRA standards; ensuring clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice; maintaining the integrity of data; supporting key projects; motivating colleagues to ensure they are engaged in achieving the Firm’s objectives; providing coaching and training; ensuring CPD is maintained; pricing new instructions; updating and posting timesheets; achieving personal utilisation and realisation targets; raising invoices and; active management of lock-up to industry best practice standards.

The Candidate
Ideally, a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Private Wealth matters.
Possess excellent communication and client care skills.
Previous experience managing and coaching a team would be desirable.
STEP qualification would be essential.
Actively participate in business development and networking activities.
Have a previous track record of generating profitable revenue for the practice.
