Our client provide specialist insurance services to the private rented sector and the aesthetic and cosmetic sector. They also offer a simple tenancy deposit protection solution for landlords, letting agents and tenants. Due to expansion and growth our client is looking for a legal executive , paralegal or solicitor to join their office in Borehamwood.

The sucessful candidate will be responsible for successfully resolving residential property complaints received by the PRS.

The key duties & responsibilities will be : -

* Handling and resolving a set number of complaints received by the scheme by way of early resolution, default decision or proposed decision
* Providing pre complaint advice to Members and Complainants over the telephone and by email. This will include liaising with Letting and Estate Agents, Landlords, Tenants, Leasehold management companies and other Property professionals
* Collecting and collating complaint evidence
* Assisting with preparation of monthly reports for Government and internal purposes
