Conveyancing Fee Earner - West Yorkshire
My client is seeking a Conveyancer to join their successful, expanding Team. The Team cover a whole range of conveyancing services including sales, purchase, freehold, leasehold and new build
As a conveyancer you will:
- Run a caseload of files from inception to completion - title checking experience not necessary as a title checker will conduct these
- Liaise with clients, agents and third parties over the telephone
- Deal with all aspects of sale files
- Deal with all aspects of purchase files but with technical support
- Be responsible for exchanges and completions
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience; specifically, with running your own caseload of other conveyancing matters including purchases, re-mortgage and transfer of equity.
As a conveyancer you will also preferably have a good understanding of sales with the ability to work in a demanding environment and possess excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face and are committed to client care. Strong IT skills in Microsoft packages and Case Management Systems is essential as well as a high attention to detail and the ability to get things done within tight deadlines.
