Senior Associate - Corporate - Cambridge
A modern top 100 commercial law firm is looking to add to their team with the recruitment of a corporate lawyer to their team in Cambridge.
You will be joining a team dealing with a range of corporate matters including things such as mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and fundraising, share sales, company restructuring and commercial contracts matters. They act for all sizes of companies from start ups to multi national companies and have a steady stream of high value big ticket work across a broad range of sectors.
It is likely that the successful candidate will be a minimum of 6 years qualified and have a background of working within the corporate team at a city, national or large regional commercial firm. You will be a confident lawyer and communicator and be used to advising high level company executives and business owners in relation to corporate transactions.
