Tremendous opportunity for a Solicitor to re-locate to the Lake District and embrace a fantastic work / life balance in one of the most beautiful areas in the UK. My client is a full service law firm are seeking are ideally seeking an NQ - 4 Year PQE Solicitor to join their team and deal with a mix of EL/PL and a small proportion of RTA claims. This firm are located throughout the Lake District and have a tremendous reputation with Cumbria & Lancashire.

The caseload for this role will be fully litigated and will predominately consist of EL/PL claims as well as some RTA (with elements of credit hire & fraud allegations) however you will be dealing with the more complex cases within the team. There will also be an split of fast track & multi track matters with values on some cases exceeding £100,000+ as well as working closely with senior solicitors within the team.

This team deals with a high quality of work and represent clients in the area, so you may need to meet with clients on a face to face basis. Ideally you will be experienced dealing with claims from start to finish.

Basic salary will be circa £30k - £36k with a generous and achievable bonus scheme also in place to allow you to earn a significant amount on top of your basic salary.
