Childcare Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 6 month period. The role is to start ideally in mid-March.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to work within a fast-paced Childcare team for a popular local authority. The team is friendly and well regarded.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will primarily be running their own caseload of childcare matters including but not limited to;
- Care Cases
- Special Guardianship Proceedings
Childcare Lawyers with local authority or private practice experience are encouraged to apply for this role, although previous experience of managing a childcare caseload is essential. Furthermore, it is not required to conduct advocacy in this role if preferred. It is important that the successful candidate is of an enthusiastic nature with the ability to adapt quickly, as they will need to run a busy caseload under little supervision.
