You will be dealing with a diverse caseload of regulatory matters, including ISM compliance, breaches of Health and Safety legislation at sea, Collision Regulation breaches and Oil Pollution. Work may also include appearing in courts of England and Wales.

Since the firm is looking to expand its offering in this area, business development will also play a part in this role, meaning you can help further both your own reputation in the area as well as the department's.
