Property Damage Paralegal

Property Damage Paralegal - A law firm require a Property Damage paralegal to work in their Manchester office. Working closely with an Associate Solicitor in the Property Damage team the role will include handling a caseload of property damage disputes, but depending on experience and aptitude the chance also to assist senior team members on more complex/higher value claims. the property damage cases will cover liability claims and subrogated recoveries, and focus on all areas of property damage such as fire & flood. The work involves handling claims on defendant and claimant matters on behalf of some of the leading insurance companies.
Knowledge of property damage claims/recoveries is not essential and candidates that have experience in other areas including professional indemnity or personal injury will be considered.
Salary dependent upon experience - £18,000 to £25,000
