NQ Conveyancing Fee Earner
A regional law firm wishes to appoint an experienced NQ conveyancing fee earner to join one of their busy offices in North Norfolk which is well loacated and reachable from Necton, Dereham, Castle Acre, Swaffham, Marham and Narborough.
The NQ conveyancing fee earner may be part qualified CILEx or working toward FCILEx or the CLC qualification and has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload, with support, from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The successful residential conveyancing fee earner will also have the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable. Salary to £34,000
