Job Details
Law Graduate - A leading law firm with over 400 staff has a requirement for a law graduate to join a housing department to support fee earners with their caseload, including but not limited to:
Contract reviews and drafting; ·
preparing reports on contracts;
· Preparing contracts for signature; ·
research into various topics related to client contracts; ·
working on variations to existing contracts; ·
assisting with client meetings; ·
reviewing and researching procurement law issues; ·
reviewing and researching GDPR issues; ·
general administrative and office support; and · any other duties as reasonably requested.
Requirements
Candidates are expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and have a responsive and proactive approach to the work. Candidates should have:
·An understanding of contract law and procurement law; · a 2:1 undergraduate degree; · good communication skills; · good administration skills; and · good IT skills.
Salary £19,000 to £21,000
