Corporate Commercial Solicitor

The role

Due to the growth of the department, the firm are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their Ipswich office.

You will work as part of a highly experienced team, you will deal with a broad range of working, making for a much more interesting role. You will obtain an excellent level of exposure, dealing with high quality work, this will include working across a number of industry sectors, ranging from OMB, SME, right up to National companies.

The caseload will include; Commercial contracts, Articles of association, Shareholder agreements and company sales and purchases.

This role could offer a springboard to Partnership within a couple of years for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with atleast 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
• You should have strong technical knowledge
• A Positive "can do" attitude is essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and background, plus an excellent benefits package
