The firm is extremely entrepreneurial and has grown from 2 Partners, 30 years ago, to now stand at over 100 staff and 20 Partners. The firm has strength in Corporate Immigration, working with ultra HNW individuals. They are also well-known for their excellent reputation in Real Estate and Commercial Litigation. The firm has got International desks where fee earners regularly go over to these countries, some of these countries include; Italy, China, Middle East and Europe. You will find a progressive and dynamic culture, you will join an environment where you will not just be taught how to be technically strong, but you will be given the skills and training in how to build business and become a commercially focused Lawyer.

The firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their West End office.

The Employment department deals with an excellent quality of work acting across many industry sectors including; Retail, Construction, Recruitment, Banks, OMB, SME and some National companies. You will work directly alongside a Partner dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work for both claimants and respondents.

The department is growing and as such this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one seat in Employment Law
• You should be keen to learn and develop and have a real passion for employment law
• Strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail are essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, although up to £45k, plus a lucrative bonus structure.
