Commercial Solicitor required to join an organisation based in Kent on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive organisation and undertake a commercial role which offers a very varied caseload.
The successful Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for conducting commercial legal matters in the following areas;
- Company law
- PPP/PFI projects
Therefore this role will entail advising upon and drafting legal documents, including contracts relating to companies, planning, highways, economic development, PFI and PPP.
The ideal candidate will have a good recent and thorough practical knowledge of the law relating to contract, procurement and company law, and academies.
Additionally, commercial experience of dealing with all aspects of current contract, procurement and company law, and project work in Academies Act work would be highly beneficial for this role.
Our client is seeking a solicitor with both public and private sector experience, although this is not essential.
