Job Details
Are you a Real Estate solicitor looking to join an award winning, European firm? The firm, based in Birmingham, are looking for a Real Estate solicitor to join them on a full time, permanent basis, to join their Real Estate Transactional team. The firm work with an attractive client base, which in turn offers high quality work. Due to company expansion they are looking for a knowledgeable Real Estate solicitor to join them.
The Role
You will be dealing with a broad range of Real estate work, including but not limited to sales and purchase, leases and licences, lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings and agreements. You will be dealing with a varied client base at a high level so it is imperative you are comfortable with this. You will have gained some knowledge of L & t, construction and Planning.
The Ideal candidate will hold at least 4 years PQE upwards and be able to really hit the ground running from day one. You will have a sound knowledge of development work, and experience of acting for investor clients would be an advantage. The role would be ideal for a knowledgeable Real Estate Solicitor, with prior experience within a top tier firm, looking to join a supportive firm, who offer a competitive salary.
