Family Panel Accredited Solicitor

Douglas Scott are representing Central London firm with an established Family department to recruit for an experienced Family & Child Care Solicitor to look after a legal aid caseload. This is would be a great position for a Children Panel Accredited Solicitor, or alternatively someone looking for a position where they will be supported to work towards their Children Panel Accreditation. You must have at least 2+ years PQE and some supervisory experience.

The successful applicant will be experienced in a variety of legally aided family, child care and domestic abuse matters.

The firm have a strong team of experienced Family Solicitors and are looking to grow their family team due to an increase in work coming to them, so no business development is required upon joining the firm. This position is open to both those want to pursue the majority of their own advocacy, and those who prefer to take a step away from carrying out their own advocacy and instruct counsel on their behalf.
