Financial Agreements Paralegal – Birmingham

This is an exciting opportunity for a financial agreements paralegal who has experience in managing financial risk and drafting and negotiating complex legal documents. The successful paralegal will be hands-on and handle a diverse caseload with an established In-house legal team in Birmingham. Responsible for global prime finance documentation including complex master documentation, prime brokerage agreements including listed futures and options agreements, master confirmations and International Swaps and Derivatives ISDA. Working as a team and independently with multiple stakeholders to progress and resolve legal matters to a conclusion. This role is suited to an experienced paralegal who is looking for greater responsibility in their work.

• The candidate:
• A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar position
• Educated to degree level with a minimum grade of 2:1
• Previous document review or contract negotiation experience
• Ability to read and analyse complex legal documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
