Commercial Contracts -FTSE 100 CLIENTS - Merseyside / Cheshire.

Top quality blue chip work which includes varied contracts from supply and distribution to IP licencing and procurement.

Your role will also see you review documents,, reporting and redrafting, non disclosure agreements, drafting, negotiating and acting as part of the in house team for blue chip clients.
