Job Details
Are you a Commercial Solicitor looking to make the move In House? A rare opportunity has become available for a newly qualified commercial solicitor to join an In-House organisation, based In Liverpool, within an unusual industry. The role would suit a commercial solicitor with previous in-house experience or commercial experience gained in a respected commercial firm.
The Role
This is a brilliant in-house role that will see you reporting to, and supporting, the Head of Legal. You will be drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contractual matters, drafting legal documents, advising on terms and conditions, undertaking research and providing general advice to the business.
There will also be a key focus on all matters relating to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). It is essential that you have experience of data protection law and its application. Litigation experience, and experience in handling projects would be desirable but not essential.
The role would be ideal for a NQ solicitor up to 2 years PQE, but this is a guide only and all candidates with the relevant commercial experience will be considered. If you are a driven commercial solicitor with a keen desire to learn then this is the role for you.
