Criminal Duty Solicitor

A requirement has arisen for a Criminal (Duty) solicitor to join a longstanding firm based in the Liverpool or Cheshire offices. This firm has been operating within Criminal Law for over 100 years and have a large and busy criminal department. Being duty qualified would be a benefit, but is not essential.

The firm have a busy Criminal department and are looking to bring on an experienced solicitor. They are happy to consider part time and flexible home working for the right candidate the firm invest in their IT systems - they operate a paperless office and have developed mobile apps so you can work remotely.

You will be handling all matters under the criminal practice area umbrella - if you have a specialist area you would like to continue within that will be encouraged. You will work alongside the Criminal partner - for the right candidate, partnership will certainly be available if desired.

This role would suit someone looking to join a well-established firm to continue their career within, they are very well known within the Criminal law practice area and uphold a strong reputation.
