Residential/Commercial Property Lawyer - Swansea

My client are looking to appoint a Residential/Commercial Property Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancing Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer within their conveyancing team in Swansea. They are able to consider both part-time and flexible working hours.

As a Residential/Commercial Property Conveyancing Lawyer you will have from 2+ Years' PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex property conveyancing caseloads.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential and commercial conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages and deal with all aspects on the conveyancing procedure from file opening to closing.
