Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Bramhall
Salary: £16k - 19k

We are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to succeed, who is a team player, works hard and shows initiative.


Duties will include:
• Cover reception – meet, greet and look after clients
• Archiving files.
• Photocopying/Printing
• Dealing with post
• Filing
• Opening of physical and electronic files on case management system
• Register Deeds and Wills and place within system
• General administrative duties
• Production of letters and documents


Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills,
•Have a polite and professional demeanour,
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel.
• The ability to work under pressure and to timescales,
• Be highly organised,
• Have a high attention to detail,
• Being committed to setting, achieving and maintaining a high quality of service standards,
• To work with the team members to identify and implement any improvements in business processes.
Experience of working in a legal environment is highly desirable as are any general secretarial abilities
