Family Solicitor

My client's family team is highly ranked with an outstanding reputation in the market. Known for it's high quality, private family work, you can expect to join a team of ranked lawyers who have an excellent reputation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family work and will have a wide range of experience, including cohabitation/prenuptial agreements, financial remedies orders, Schedule 1 applications, child arrangements orders, internal/external relocation of children, non-molestation/occupation orders and freezing injunctions.

I deal candidate will hold upwards of 12 months' PQE and be keen to develop their career within an established Family department. The chosen Family Solicitor must be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision and have a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice in divorce, financial and children proceedings.
