Contract type

I have been instructed on a fantastic new opportunity with our client, a well established and growing South Manchester Law Firm with multiple offices. They are seeking a Residential Property Junior Fee Earner to join them at a time when their Knutsford office is continuing to grow.

To be considered for this position, you will be able to demonstrate that you have experience of handling your own caseload of residential property files (c. 30-50) from an existing Residential Property team. This is a key position where you will support the Partner on the handling of a mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property transactions, as well as handling your own files. An interest in Commercial Property is desired (full training will be provided).

For Junior Fee earners in the Cheshire area, this is an excellent opportunity to join a Firm who has emerged in the area as a key provider of legal services.
